Refunds
~ If you have followed our planting instructions and your dahlia tuber fails to grow, please email us at dahlias@stoneyhillfarm.ca and provide the following information by July 15 of the same year the product was purchased. We will evaluate your request and get in touch with you.

- Proof that it was planted correctly
- Proof of purchase
~ If the dahlia grows well, has lovely flowers, but was mislabeled, please email us at dahlias@stoneyhillfarm.ca and provide the following information by Sept 1 of the same year the product was purchased. We will evaluate your request and get in touch with you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for dahlia tubers. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
In the event that you would like to change a dahlia tuber variety on your order, you can reach us at dahlias@stoneyhillfarm.ca and we will be happy to accommodate your request. Please note that we will only do so if your order hasn't shipped AND if the variety you prefer is still in stock.
