Shipping

 

 

- We are only able to ship within Canada at this time.

- Our shipping costs are as follows:

     1-5 Tubers; Maritime Provinces $15; Anywhere else in Canada $25

     6-10 Tubers; Maritime Provinces $18; Anywhere else in Canada $28

     11+ Tubers; Maritime Provinces $23; Anywhere else in Canada $32

- We use Canada Post to ship our dahlia tubers.

- We will ship your tubers to you once we can safely do so without them freezing enroute. Likely end of April. You will get an Email and Tracking Number once your tubers have shipped!

- For now we will not accept any requests for earlier shipping dates.

Order Processing Times

All of our packaging is done on the farm! We will do our best to get your dahlia tubers to you as soon as possible without risk of them freezing.

Local Pickup

When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email stating when you may pick up your order. Please bring order confirmation email with you. 

Refunds

~ If  you have followed our planting instructions and your dahlia tuber fails to grow, please email us at dahlias@stoneyhillfarm.ca and provide the following information by July 15 of the same year the product was purchased. We will evaluate your request and get in touch with you.

- Proof that it was planted correctly

- Proof of purchase

~ If the dahlia grows well, has lovely flowers, but was mislabeled, please email us at dahlias@stoneyhillfarm.ca and provide the following information by Sept 1 of the same year the product was purchased. We will evaluate your request and get in touch with you.
